Low oil pressure 200 20V

I got 3 bar max when driving a rebuilt motor in an Avant with a Mann filter.
I though this was really low.  3 bar was above 3000 RPM.  Start up was at or
above 3 bar but when warm dial went to ~1bar at idle (800 rpm).  Made me
nervious.
Changed the oil and (another Mann) filter at 1500 miles and used Dino 10/40W
oil and bar is back to 5/4 Bar.
I'll have to ask what oil he used in the rebuild and break-in period.  I
suspect it was very thin.
