Low or No Boost

I have a 200QT that is getting at most 1.0 bar of boost-read at 3500 rpm in=
 3rd gear by the dash readout.  It drops down to .1 or 0 at idle.  When I c=
heck for fault codes I get a 4444 read on the check engine light. I am also=
 getting a bit of a rough idle, just a light shuddering at idle really.   B=
esides just starting to replace items, any ideas or suggestions as to where=
 to start would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
