Shocks and springs

Hello all,
can anyone help me with a proper setup for springs and shocks.
I bought vehicle a few years back with H&R 29800 springs.
I am now tired of them and want somthing else, even stock.
Any suggestions?
Also recently car stumbles when cold. Have replaced turbo bypass valve last
year.
Any idea what is happening now?
