2 Front end noise

Not being quiet intentionally, just swamped.
I finally got the expensive H&R spacers for the Fuchs, and might try
them out to see if any noise difference.
I think the real fix will be when I do the strut assemblies, incl.
wheel bearings, strut tower bearings, H&R springs, and Bilstiens. I
like to roll multiply inter-related tasks into one project. I would
have waited on the brakes/rotors, but I suspected brakes were due, and
glad I checked - they were wasted.
Right now the car runs fine, just lousy gas mileage. I'll probably
wait for the checksum fix, even though I know it is not a problem - my
Lehman set has the same checksum error.
Just following the practice "If it aint broke don't fix" which is
sometimes in conflict with "If something is wrong, what else should be
addressed while I'm at it."
