I've never had this problem, maybe just lucky. Others have "developed" disk
truing procedures that they claim work, I don't know.

Nothing wrong with them coming apart, in fact necessary to clean and inspect
an old bearing to determine if it should/can be relubed and reassembled.

In my case, just enough to achieve zero camber.
