this problem at least once. I was one of the early ones and I now have =
it again occasionally. About $40 for the part and I know it took me =
less than 20 mins to put it in last time. Smyptoms of a bad turbo bypass =
valve are when you lift the throttle and the cars just dies. The tach =
just falls right to 0. On mine, it is more likley to happen if I am =
coming off of boost, but it will happen even if cruising at steady speed =
and pushing in the clutch.=20
I would be very interested to hear the dealers explanation of how a =
bouncing speedo or anything on that board can cause the car to stall. I =
am not syaing that he is wrong - I am just curious how the two could =
possibly be related.
