I haven't had that type of probblem on my '91 TQA, but a few years back, I had an old 1974 Scout, which had an identical problem. Here's what it finally was: as the car warmed up the coolant warmed and pressure inside the coolant lines increased. There was a pin hole in one of the hoses abeam one of the sparkplugs which then started spraying liquid/steam on the plug wire and shorted it out. I was also losing coolant too. Its hard to see the pinhole when the car is cold, but I bet if you stop and look under the hood after the car has warmed up, you'll see and or smell antifreeze. Hope that helps - Steve Arthur/'91TQA/'93S4 (for sale)/Denver
