springs (200q20v) worked well.  Body roll in general is better handled by
springs rather than shocks alone, though bilstein HD's on stock suspension
can be a good compromise.

Unless you are driving with relatively new strut inserts/shocks, you may
just want to upgrade to new Boge turbo-gas ones, which will certainly
improve things above what you have.

Best, of course, is to drive cars with these different setups. I'm sure you
could find a lister in your area willing to take you for a test drive ;-).
Be aware, however, that different wheel sizes/weights can adversely effect
ride/handling as well.
