not the rotor, was in pieces, which he should have been able to determine
without removing the dist. Short of a gear piece getting caught under a cam
lobe and stripping the timing belt before the engine stopped, you have
caused no damage to the engine. Replace the distributor, or find a lister
willing to sell a replacement metal dist gear from the GB.
