Heated Seat Elements

I remember somebody talking about a source for a new heated seat element.  
I'm getting that good old hotspot again that alway's comes before the set 
breaks.  I figure for how many times I've gone in a resoldered the element, 
and for how much of a PIA it is, if'n I get around to this time, it seems 
worthwhile to just replace the whole thing.

So...does somebody remmber the source for a new element?
