Rear Power window failure

If you don't want to pull the door panels just yet, you can get the switches 
free from the armrests by taking those loose (and hey, that's step #1 in 
removing door panels anyway). In order for the windows to operate, the motor 
has to get *sufficent* current through both the switch in the driver's door and 
the local switch (except driver's window only has one switch of course). With 
enough jumper wires, you should be able to determine if it's the switches or 
the wiring that are your problem. I have had one window problem that was 
driver's door wiring, and another that was a dirty switch that I fixed by 
opening it up and spraying in contact cleaner (new switch was ~$60 from local 
dealer at the time I believe).
