Some Audi 90s and later Coupe quattros (circa '90-'91) used
the carbon shafts. Unfortunately its not backward compatible
with ur-qs due to different transmission lengths.

yes, 200q20v has "propeller shaft" that is the same for all models that
use C3 platform. Part number is 443 521 101B. It was used in Audi
100q/200q 1985-1991.
Audi 80/90/Coupe and Urq use different "propeller shaft". There are many
modifications, maybe some of them are carbon fibre. Though I think carbon
fibre can be only in Audi Sport aka S1 car (there was only ~200 of them
in the whole world).
