At 105,000 I took my 20V to the dealer to get my service book stamped
for an oil change.
A certified and knowledgeable Audi mechanic installed the Fumoto oil
drain plug due to having to destroy the OEM plug to get it off.
At 108,000 miles it became hand turnable loose and I lost 2 qts of oil.
I retightened the plug the best that I could as it doesnt seem to hav
the depth of threads as the OEM plug did t get a secure fit into the
pan.
After retightening by clicking on the link below you can see the plug
and 2 days worth of leakage on a previous clean garage floor.
The oil is leaking from the hole in the plug that has the round silver
metal plate not the ball bearing hole which is visible in the pic. I do
not trust using this product or any like them ever again.
