A shared Garage

Does any here know of web sites or of actual people that have put 
together a garage/hobbyshop for a group to work out of?
A freind brought this up. About getting 8-10 people together to have a 
shop we could all work out of. With the group buying
the building and the major equipment (lifts, compressor, welding 
equipment, drill press, ect.).

Any Ideas?
