Catalytic converter location in 3B ES/2 conversion

Similar experience here on a somewhat empty freeway. An electric blue
STi, with the tall wing, could not get away from me....we both hit the
brakes,
took the same exit, and that's where he found he could not even leave me
behind
on the long curve (ramp to the next freeway..)

He took the next exit....I slowed down to "typical" freeway speeds
