Road Speed outout?

I am trying to source a multi syptom problem that I suspect may all be 
traced to whatever piece of electronics produces a road speed signal.
My miles  to empty, MPH, and gas used are all inoperative.  My cruise 
doesn't work. (all vaucuum lines checked and replaced when I fixed ruunning 
issues) and my ABS will stay disengaged (diff locks engaged) at all road 
speeds.  (wht/blu wire is intact @ accelerometer under seat)  All these lead 
me to believe that road speed signal is not getting to any/all components 
save the speedo.  It is not in the cluster as I have swapped that with same 
symptoms.
