When you say it will not show boost above .7, do you mean that the dash
readout reads a maximum of 0.7 (i.e. vacuum not boost) or do you mean that
the dash boost readout reads 1.7 (i.e. boost). If you mean the former (0.7
meaning vacuum not boost) , you may want to check your turbo. You may have
damaged it by overspinning when your hose blew.
