Brakes again

Ok, pulled off the caliper last night and as predicted, one of the guide
pins is sticking. All boots are fine, so no need to purchase replacements,
but anybody have any suggestions on how to remove frozen guide pins?
I thought about turning it with a wrench to break it free, but the nightmare
scenario I pictured was turning to the breaking point. BTDT's?
Peter gave some pretty detailed instructions on rebuilding the caliper,
however as I just have guide pin issues, and would rather not rebuild the
caliper and bleed the lines, any reason to do this if the caliper is in fine
working order?
