Stalling and rough idle at startup w/ warm or cold engine

I didn't think it was the BPV because it doesn't stall any other times
than during the first minute after startup. Doesn't do the typical stall
when you come to a stop, clutch in. Also don't think it is the ISV
because the idle is rock solid after that first minute after start up. I
am leaning towards O2 sensor given that it changes from open to closed
circuit within the first minute after startup. I dont know if my mileage
has been suffering though.
