Seat heater fix

Ya, I think I'd actually seen comments on it in the UrS4 list.  I thought 
the price was closer to $80, but I could be mistaken.  From my experience, 
I've fixed the thing twice now, and it's ready for it's third.  For how much 
work it takes, at this point it makes sense to me to replace all together.
