Euro lights for 1991 200tq

Hi
Here I go again. As long winter nights are just around the corner, I am
thinking of my terrible stock lighting. Does anybody have a set of Euro
lights for sale reasonably? I also vaguely recall somebody posting about a
bulb and relay upgrade using the horrible stock lenses. I don't have a ton
of cash to spend, like most of you I'm sure, but need something better. I
saw that Blau, was out of stock on the euros and am wondering how to solve
this dilemma
