fuel drain behind right front fender?

There isn't *supposed* to be a fuel drain there...it's right under the fuel
filter, how are the hoses and connections around that area? Why do you say
it appears to be old stale fuel?

Hi Henry, By the smell and feel. I run premium gas one tank per week. It 
looks like the drain for the wiper area. It looks like an old piece of yellow tape 
was covering it and finally let go so maybe that why it smells old I looked 
at the fuel lines and filter and they are more towards the center of the car. I 
will probably watch it for a while. Just very strange. Do you know where the 
charcoal canister is located?    Richard F
