More Recirculation Flap

I'm pretty sure you should be able to push it closed all the way up into the
foam (when car is off and it's "relaxed"). If the recirc flaps are not moving
at all via the climate control, your vacuum motor may have come loose or broken
loose from its mountings - happened to my friend James' '89 200 and he blocks
it closed in summer, open in winter. You should probably take a look under the
plenum cover and see what's going on topside, the vac motor is easier to see
from there IIRC.
