BRAKES was: Chip or not to Chip

Bill,

Upgraded rotors and pads will certainly help and shpould be fine on the
200q20v (I have a set of cross-drilled rotors on mine currently), but....
if you're even THINKING about tracking a chipped 200q20v (but especially an
even heavier V8 or UrS4), bigger brakes should be considered mandatory.
G60's may be fine for occasional panic stops and the like, but for
repeated/extended use, I wouldn't trust the G-60s or the potential for
boiling fluid/brake fade.  They're just fine on the Urq, though and they
make for adequate winter brakes on the V8 ;-)
