Paul,

My last 200q did this a couple times when the temp was sub 0. It always
eventually engaged like within about 3 tries max. I drove it another 10
months or so before I finally replaced the starter. It was still working
when I replaced it -  I was going to be out of town for a few months and did
not want any problems.  Peace of mind and fat wallet syndrome I guess
although it did cost less than the days pay I could have potentially lost
:-)
