Distributor rattling

That really depends on your criterion for defining "good". I changed a 98k
mile belt when I first got my 200. It was still turning the cam around, so I
guess it was still "good". However, it wasn't going to be good much longer
with all the serious cracks it had in it. Also, it was very loose and the
distributer was rattling. I wouldn't call it as good as a new one.
