ISV cleaning

I pulled off the ISV in the attempt to solve the no-idle-at-warm-restarts
problem, and sprayed it a bunch with some throttle body cleaner. It had a
thin covering of black junk in the two openings I could examine. Couldn't
see "through" or very far inside. The repeated spraying returned cleaner
and cleaner looking dribbles of material. It would go in one opening and
find its way out the other. I tried spraying into both and then holding
them closed with my thumbs while shaking the thing. Didn't get much back
in the way of dirt. The thin film wiped out with a paper towel, but I
couldn't get to the bulk of the device's innards.
Anyway, I now have a more reliable idle with warm starts.
