Sunroof lube...

Does anybody have a recomendation for a good long lasting lube for the 
sunroof tracks?  I've been using white lithium grease in the past, problem 
be thought that it's aerosol, is a bit sloppy on the apply, and doesn't last 
all that long.

Any favorites out there?
