Can't tell or remember from your picture, but if it goes thru the OP
housing, it does.  BTDT, left all loose and forgot to go back and tighten
after going thru the iterations of which goes on next, big leak!

I thought so too, but now it apears to be the oil pan extension.  Put
newspaper under the car, and threaten it with replacement if it doesn't
shape up (the car that is)!
