Severe Inner Tire Wear

New tires on 16" BBS RX's and new to me 200q20v w/135k mi., am about to rotate the tires for the first time after just 5-6k mi. on these new treads.  Front inner 1/8th of both tires tires are severely/evenly worn.
Prev. owner has good documentation and car has had an alignment about 10k miles ago. Springs are stock.
Are these tires ruined?
Any suggestions would be great-
-just needs an alignment?-camber plates bacause of 16" rims (seems like an expensive way to go)? -reasearched and saw a Bernie Benz strut brace?
