Brett, mine did the same thing over a year ago.  Took a few weeks to get the 
part (not in stock anywhere USA), pulled the old one off, and had one made for 
about $20 at a local shop.  The draw back is that it is all braided and kinks 
a little on the sharp bends.  It was in the car for about 30k until I put the 
OEM one the Claire found for me (~$85).

This is supposed to be a common failure in the crimp connection.
