Maybe you should check fuel injector ? Grab a multimeter, use 200 Ohm
scale and test the fuel injector for cylinder #1. If it is open or short
(0 ohms) - replace the fuel injector. Compare inj. #1 continuity with
injector #2, #3, #4, #5.
If injectors are ok - then check the wiring. Disconnect ECU, look at
pinout and find fuel injectors (SJM has pinout for ECU plug). Check the
continuity with multimeter.
