I think the NEW should come first in a posting and the reminder material
follow, trimmed as appropriate. This is especially true if your mail
service "reply" mode fails to make distinguishing marks to indicate the old
material. Posting after makes sense if it's a followup to a second matter.

What's logical about repetitive "conversation" where you say the same thing
over and over ad nauseum?
