Bernie will tell you he reconstructed his breather system with some sort of
reinforced hose (radiator? Garden?) and some plumbing parts, I think it was.
I don't think there's any other "better than stock" option. I bought new
hoses for the breather system last summer when I replaced all the hoses in
my engine compartment. I don't remember the breather hoses being terribly
expensive. It was the OEM top radiator hose (only used on the '91 with
20vt, I believe) that was most costly.
