That's close enough to "new" that they shouldn't be an issue.

I don't recall any venting to the atmosphere by that valve. The
diaphragm ought to always seal the valve off from the atmosphere. It
it easy to install the valve backwards, but even so that still
wouldn't allow venting to outside. Scott Mockry's Web site has a very
complete diagram and explanation about the crankcase pressure valve
operation.

BTW, what kind of maximum boost do you get? I assume it's not close
to 1.8 bar, or else why be looking for leaks?
