What would the penalty be for printing up some nice vinyl stickers with 
a VAG-look-a-like P/N and placing them under the hood, assuming you got 
caught?  (I don't condone cheating on emissions, but since it really 
isn't an adjustable spec...)  Maybe even use the text from the friend's 
Volvo (or get one from a Volvo dealer)?
