Samco install, plus a question.

I've been driving around in a Mini Cooper for almost a
year now and my 200 has become somewhat of a garage
queen. The few times I've taken her out, I noticed
that the power didn't feel as strong as I remembered.
The Bilstein/Eibach suspension also feels alot plusher
than the Mini, but that's another story.
I finally had some free time today so I installed the
samco kit I bought from the ECS group buy from several
months ago. Found a 1 inch split in the big turbo
hose right near the T for the bypass valve.
Big hose was easier to push on than the michelin man
hose which seemed too long to fit right but I've heard
some say that these hoses shrink a bit as they age.
Used a dab of car wash soap to slide the hoses on.
Fairly uneventful, but took me about 2.5 hours because
I had to remove the airbox.
I purchased some balkamp or breeze constant torque
clamps to hold the new hoses in place.
Need:
2 ct350
2 ct300
1 ????? (Napa part: 7051503)
Took the car out for a spin and acceleration was as
strong as I remember it to be with a healthy growl
since I removed the front of the airbox.
Strange, my BIRA sys2/UFO don't seem to stop as
quickly as I remember, but my memory is clouded by the
Mini Cooper.
I know I need a new brake servo since the brake light
stays lit for a bit when I start the car in the
morning.... could this affect braking performance?
