Weeping reservoir hoses (green gold)

Once the old clamp is loosened (and removed) the hose isn't too 
difficult to twist/pry off. I suggest using a sharp razor blade and 
verrrry carefully make a longitudinal slit along the last 0.5" of the 
hose-end to ease its removal. Then once it's pulled off the reservoir 
nipple, completely cut off that small end section before reinstalling 
the hose (using a new hose clamp). The "fresh" section of rubber 
under the clamp  will be better compressed than the original segment 
and that might help stop the weeping. Otherwise, a new hose is the 
answer.
