@ 8lbs it cuts out

the 20v has been acting funny for the past week or so now, some times when you would get on it, it would seem to skip a bit, little pulses, like it was missing a cylinder or something.  then last night i was driving it and it just cut out when it hit 8 lbs.  I reset the ecu while at dinner and then it was fine again for a while ( still did the skip thing though) then later on last night it cut out at 8lbs again.....it is a violent cut out, like the engine shuts off, I'm starting to think it may be ecu related, does anybody have any ideas of where i should start checking?  the plugs and wires are in good shape, i have recently replaced the 2 main boost hoses with samco's from SJM, as well as replaced the hose that attaches to the throttle body, the intercooler has about 30k on it...any help would be appreciated.
