Jacking up all four NOW: Audi jack A JOKE

When I do the summer/winter switchover there's always one that's stuck.
I've used the technique that Brett used here and it works fine.  

Another technique that works for me is to loosen the bolts and jack up
the opposite corner of the car.  The weight of the car on that corner
usually breaks things free.
