Send a picture of the radio and maybe I can help............ (two different 
radios)
Presetting station?
Tune in station frequency.  Get out of car and run around to passenger seat.
Turn volume UP.  Press in AND HOLD in station preset button until sound is 
heard again and station now shows coresponding preset number illuminated on the 
radio frequency display.
Pressing FM again will get you another 5/4 presets to fill up on the FM 2 
list.
