Mihnea's Back

I'm happy to report that Mihnea made contact yesterday.  He had been out
of email contact for 3 weeks or so.  I'm sure we'll get that bad chip
problem resolved.  I also wanted to commend Ned Ritchie at IA not just
for helping me but for always being willing to help everyone that has a
competing chip.  His choice to take the high road will serve him well in
the long run.  Thanks Ned.

The chip where the pressure transducer is located is a controls the
boost.

The 256 K chip 27C256 controls BOTH the fuel and the timing and
determines the fuel injectors to use and all that stuff

So after testing all possible combinations I found the car starts with
the new lower board chip (near the transducer) and the stock upper board
chip.  I left it that way and still haven't heard from Mihnea though Ben
Swann has offered to help any way he can.  Is there any risk in
operating the car this way?  What does the upper chip do?
