Mike:  The only way you'll see Laser is if you watch a gun shoot a beam 
through a cam-corder viewfinder.

Take your digital Sony video camera or the active screens on a digital 
picture camera and aim it at your TV remote while you press down the buttons.

The naked eye doesn't see it, because its outside of the visible light 
spectum.

Your Euros may put out more "junk" outside of the visible light spectum to 
help confuse the laser gun than DOT lenses.

I'm doing research and I'll have more info later.

In NH I saw this as the officer flashing his headlights (to avoid legal 
entrapment?) or to just notify the motorist he was there...........like when 
walking out the travel lane to wave you over.......... NH is doing ALOT of Laser 
testing in the last 8 months.  Mostly warnings.
