OK, where's my coolant going?

I don't think that amount of oil consumption is unusual-- at least, it is the same as mine, stable for more than 10,000 miles.

I was worried about losing coolant at the same rate as you are, but it turned out to be a leak into the temp sensor boot on the driver's side of the engine. Pulled down the rubber boot and it was full of water. It was obviously losing just a drop at a time, so no puddle. New sensor fixed it.
