Tie Rods Part No. Question

I am replacing the whole tie rod assys. instead of just the tie rod ends
as the price difference was small.
The ETKA calls out for the nos.
443 419 801E Left front
443 419 802E Right front
Which is what I ordered.
But the ETKA also calls out for the nos.
441 419 801D Left front
441 419 802D Right front
It lists these parts nos. (for modified vehicles)
These part nos. are the tie rod assys. for the V8. 
What does the ETKA mean by modified vehicles? 
The UFO to G60 usually denotes conversion on the ETKA.
Is this what they mean or is there some Euro modification.
Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?
The ETKA illustration is A20Q 91 SG:19 Illustration 42-00.
