The BEntley manual specifies have much fuel over time.
www.rb.com might have some online info.

I'd swap the fuel filter first then run the tests and some cleaner through 
the fuel system.  Techron or equivelent.

Basically pull and injector in a well ventilated area and put it in a glass 
measuring beaker (container) and run for 15 seconds. Measure the flow.
