exhaust hangers

Because I enjoy a good joke, I sometimes call the dealer for parts that I 
"know" can't be that expensive.  When I was doing the ebrakes 2 weeks ago I 
noticed the hanger just aft of the center muffler needed replacement.  Got a 
standard FLAPS donut and it lasted 1 week.
I went back asking for a chain reinforced hanger and the guy said he never 
heard of such a thing.
Called the dealer $38!!!!!  Anyone replaced this and have a retailer or PN 
handy? This is for the hanger attached to the mid muffler and a through bolt 
on the frame.  Sort of an oblong donut with no internals.
