I offer my opinion- I've used it in other vehicles and I believe it does
slow, however slightly, the inevitable rise of coolant temp. It will not do
anything other than slowing temp rise, it won't lower peak temps. It may allow
quicker lowering of coolant temp once the fan[s] kick in, I couldn't quantify
this. I've decided that it really isn't worth it. To counter high coolant temps
I've strived to improve air flow over the radiator[s].
