throttle body piece needed

This breakage is not uncommon (and very bad design, IMHO). No, that 
black plastic piece  you mention is not available separately. In 
fact, the plastic is (or was) molded onto the metal lever arm. Rather 
than replacing the entire throttle body (about $600 dealer price?), 
my fix was to secure the cable end by means of several wraps of 
baling wire augmented by a couple of small cable ties. This is made 
much easier if you can "reassemble" all the broken pieces. Has held 
up quite well for several years now.
