Scott, Your knowledge may be in error.

You need to match the insert damping to your new spring rate and unsprung
weight.  IMO, Bilsteins are overdamped and thus less than optimum, at least
for a stock suspension.

An 1.5" will get you into bump steer problems unless the springs are very
stiff.

What bushings?  44 chassis upper strut bearings don't need replacing, just
disassemble and relube.  While you have the struts out, relube the wheel
bearings at 150K and they'll last another 150K, BTDT.
